Patience is required as even with a reasonably fast GPU updating the preview takes the time it takes. Sometimes a second run for part of the image, via masking, can help. It can help to vary the slider settings to see what works best for a particular image and possibly use the masking options.
The results aren't perfect but transform kind of bad to acceptable, a big win for my uses. I bought the program after just running a few problematic images with motion blur through it that yielded results that no other program came near.
